This week feature The Wedding Vogue, a lovely wedding decor and event planning business in Bedford, Nova Scotia. Check them out on Facebook here.
We met with Karla Cordova from The Wedding Vogue at her studio and were blown away by the gorgeous set up of her display room. Every bit of space was used to display some of her beautiful pieces that she picked up from various parts of the globe. It literally took me 15 minutes to look at everything.
My favourite had to be the white distressed dresser with the beautiful cake and the gold backdrop, but the fruity water that Karla prepared was so delicious that I couldn’t stop talking about it all night. The hashtag #thatWaterTho was even brought up as I knew I would be referring to it in the blog post. It was simply water, lime and blueberries, but man, it tasted amazing. Of course a few days later I tried to recreate Karla’s masterpiece, and it tasted nothing like hers. I’ll stick to taking photos, haha.
Oh and that carrot cake! Normally, I’m not a fan of sweets, but she insisted we try the carrot cake and it did not disappoint. It was perfect – and the icing….. I felt like we died and went to heaven. 🙂
If you need to rent anything for your wedding or need an event planner, Karla form The Wedding Vogue is your go to girl. Such a lovely person and I hope we get to work together again soon.
